Oncor’s medical options and incentive opportunities support the concept of wellness and preventive care. You are encouraged to choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to oversee and coordinate your medical care.
Below is an overview of your 2024 deductibles. For details on 2025 deductibles and plan changes, review the 2025 Annual Enrollment Newsletter.
HSA Option 1 ($1,600 / $3,200)(1) |
When you elect either of the HSA Options or if you are enrolled in the HRA Option, Oncor makes an automatic contribution of $250 for You Only coverage or $500 for You + Family coverage. You can receive additional incentive contributions to your HSA or HRA when you (or your spouse) participate in certain wellness activities. Visit oncorlivewell.com for more details about these incentive opportunities. Use incentive dollars to offset your out-of-pocket health care expenses, like deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. |

HRA Option ($1,600 / $3,200)(1) |
(1) Oncor’s contribution to your HSA/HRA is prorated on the number of eligible full months remaining in the year upon enrollment.
Evaluate the options carefully because each option has unique features. In addition to the HSAs and HRA Options, Oncor also offers a Health Care Flexible Spending Account. Click here to see a comparison of these accounts.
You can find medical in-network rates and out-of-network allowable amounts and billed charges under the Oncor welfare plan here.
